Study of The Horizontal Structure of Forest Landscape into Vitosha Nature Park

Abstract: Depending on the diversity of the parent rock (igneous - intrusive and effusive; sedimentary - carbonate and silicate; metamorphic - carbonate and silicate) and relief (altitude forest belt, slope and exposition) into the territory covered by forests of Vitosha Nature Park, there are separated 53 relatively homogeneous landscape units. Their spatial distribution is shown on a map. Defined units contain specific information about selected abiotic components. They are comparable with each other and can be used for various studies.
