Characteristics of agricultural and ecological factors in the area of Sapareva banya municipality

Резюме: A detailed review (inventory) of the main agro-ecological elements in the area of Sapareva banya municipality has been made. The topography, climate and soils are discussed in detail. The results are interpreted in GIS as maps are generated: for the geographical location and localization of the municipality, orographic map of the relief, the hydrographic system, the soil cover. Thematic maps for the of physical clay and humus content are also included. This description is intended to serve as a basis for a further land evaluation - categorization of lands for the cultivation of basic crops.
